City National Bank Retirement Savings Plan
ELIGIBILITY
Employees are eligible to enter the Plan after:
- Attaining Age 21
- Completing 3 months of Service
ENTRY
Employees may enter the Plan:
- January 1 or July 1
EMPLOYEE DEFERRALS
Participants may elect to defer through payroll deductions:
- Any amount of compensation up to the annual deferral limits
- Increments of 1%
DEFERRAL CHANGES
Participants may change the amount of their salary deferrals:
- At any time
- Online or with paper form
SAFE HARBOR CONTRIBUTION
The Safe Harbor Matching Contribution, which is immediately 100% vested to you, will be:
- $1 for $1 on the first 5% of employee deferrals
COMPANY CONTRIBUTION
Company contributions are discretionary. The company may make an additional matching contribution and at year end may make a profit sharing contribution:
- All discretionary contributions are subject to the following Vesting Schedule

BENEFICIARY DESIGNATION
Participants may complete a new Beneficiary Designation Form that revokes any prior:
